Background
Cathy Dring started working with Versant in December 2012 as legal counsel. She has more than 25 years experience as a venture capital attorney.
History
Cathy received her J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law and practiced in the corporate group at Pillsbury Winthrop and was in the Venture Capital group at Cooley LLP for more than 10 years. Prior to working with Versant, she provided legal consulting services to several venture capital funds. Cathy received her B.S. from UCSD in Biophysics.
